   Renumber remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly

EFFECT: Modifies the limitation on how much state funding a jurisdiction may receive for a project, such that the $1 million cap is removed. Removes the $5 million limitation on the amount of state funding that may be received statewide by all projects.
