   On page 10, line 28 of the striking amendment, after "area" insert "and, for water service by the water utility of a city or town, with the utility service extension ordinances of the city or town"

EFFECT: Makes the duty of a water utility of a city or town to provide water service to a new residential use also to be consistent with the utility service extension ordinances of the city or town.
