   On page 3, line 10, after "Disclosure" strike "must" and all material through "payment" on line 12, and insert "must identify the type of recipient"

EFFECT: Changes the disclosure requirement from the specific names of persons or entities receiving a fee, gift, or payment, to reporting the type of recipient receiving a fee, gift, or payment.
