EFFECT: Deletes the requirement that the Attorney General's office be given complete access to the information required to be disclosed. Deletes the ability of the Attorney General to bring an action in superior court for injunctive relief, or to impose a $10,000 civil penalty on a pharmaceutical manufacturing company that does not comply with disclosure requirements.
