   On page 2, line 8, after "care" strike all material beginning with "that" through "judgment" on line 9 and insert "shall be deducted from the contingency fee of the prevailing plaintiff's attorney"

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that the set aside be deducted from the plaintiff's recovery and requires that the set aside come from the attorney's contingency fee.
