On page 2, line 8, after "specialists" strike "from the state university system, one from western Washington and one from eastern Washington" and insert ", one from a public university and one from the private sector or a private university"

EFFECT: Requires one tax specialist to be from a public university and the other from either a private university or from the private sector. Deletes the requirement that both tax specialists be from a public university with one being from each side of the state.
