   On page 2, after line 28, insert the following:

   "(4) Tax revenues received under this section shall be distributed to the county imposing the tax and to all adjacent counties on the basis of population. Within each county receiving a distribution under this subsection (4), revenues shall be further distributed to incorporated jurisdictions, and to the county with respect to the unincorporated areas of the county, on the basis of population."

   Renumber remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly

EFFECT: Requires tax revenues to be shared between the county imposing the tax and neighboring counties on the basis of population. Requires that within each county receiving a distribution that the revenues be further shared between the unincorporated county and the cities based on population.
