On page 2, line 23 of the amendment, before "and state" insert "whose testimony will be presented at trial"

On page 2, line 24 of the amendment, after "trial." strike "Further" and insert "If agreed to by all parties, further"

EFFECT: Provides that only those expert witnesses who will present testimony at trial need to be identified in the pre-trial expert report. Provides that depositions of these experts may only be prohibited if all parties agree.
