On page 1, line 15, after "course." strike all new material down to and including "degree." on page 2, line 2 and insert the following: "Policies adopted by public four-year institutions concerning the transfer of lower division credit must treat students transferring from public community colleges the same as students transferring from public four-year institutions."

EFFECT: Language in the bill about public four-year institutions treating credits from community colleges the same as credits from four-year institutions is reworded.
