   On page 102, line 2, increase the special wildlife account--state appropriation by $100,000.

   On page 102, line 7, increase the special wildlife account--private/local appropriation by $100,000

   On page 102, line 18, correct the total.

   On page 191, after line 12, insert the following:

"Wildlife Account: For transfer to the special

wildlife account, $250,000 in fiscal year 2004

and $250,000 in fiscal year 2005 . . . . . . . . . . . $500,000"

EFFECT: Transfers $500,000 to the special wildlife account and provides an appropriation of $200,000 to the Department of Fish and Wildlife for habitat mitigation agreements.

FISCAL IMPACT: Transfers $500,000 among other funds and appropriates $200,000 other funds of that amount.
