Beginning on page 16, line 20 of the amendment, strike sections 16, 17, and 18

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Reinstates current law regarding local option fuel taxes including current tax rates and provides that only one of the three voter-approved local option fuel taxes may be imposed at the same time: By a county, for county and city purposes; by a county, for RTID purposes; or by an RTID for RTID purposes.
