   On page 44 of the amendment, line 9, strike "$4,000,000" and insert "$8,000,000"

EFFECT: Reduces the Salmon Recovery Fund Board 2003-05 appropriation by $4 million and uses these bonds to increase the 2003-05 funding for the Small Timber Landowners Program by $4 million.
