On page 6, after line 18, insert the following:

"(3) To end the participation of health coverage tax credit eligible enrollees in the basic health plan if the federal government reduces or terminates premium payments on their behalf through the United States internal revenue service."

Renumber the remaining subsections accordingly.

EFFECT: Authorizes the administrator of the Health Care Authority to end the participation of individuals eligible for the federal health coverage tax credit program if the federal government reduces or terminates the premium payments made on behalf of the individual to the basic health plan.
