On page 2, line 26, after "proposition" insert "if the affirmative vote is equal to fifteen percent or more of the registered voters in the school district"

EFFECT: In order for a school levy to be approved by a simple majority of voters voting in an election, at least 15 percent of the registered voters in the school district must vote yes on the levy.
