ESSB 5192 - H AMD TO APP COMM AMD (5192-S.E AMH APP H2761.1)

   On page 1 of the amendment, after line 25, insert the following:

   "(3) The state investment board shall not make any additional private equity investments until such time as the private equity portfolio consists of no more than ten percent of the board's total investment portfolio."

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively.

EFFECT: Prohibits the board from making additional private equity investments until such time as the private equity portfolio does not exceed ten percent of the total portfolio.
