   On page 8, line 22, reduce the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2004 by $100,000

   Correct the total accordingly

   Beginning on page 8, line 34, strike all of subsection (2)

   On page 97 line 6, reduce the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2004 by $120,000

   On page 97, line 7, reduce the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2005 by $100,000

   Correct the total accordingly.

   Beginning on page 97, line 25, strike all of subsection (d)

   Renumber remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the funding and the provisos for the early learning and child care task force.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $320,000.
