   On page 85, after line 13, insert the following:

   "(4) The commission shall establish and implement a procedure to waive parking fees in state parks for non-profit organizations and for vehicles carrying public school students visiting the park for activities approved by public school authorities."

EFFECT: Directs State Parks and Recreation Commission to exempt non-profit organizations and public schools from the system wide parking fee at state parks.
