   On page 2 of the amendment, line 13, after "provided by" strike "Thurston, Pierce, Kitsap, Spokane, and Cowlitz" and insert "participating"

EFFECT: Allows counties which house or are adjacent to a military base or are host to a national guard city the option of participating in the SERVE pilot project.
