   On page 6, line 12, after "computed" strike all material through "first year" on line 14 and insert ". The ballot proposition must state the dollar rate proposed for each"

EFFECT: Reduces the period from six years to four years for which a taxing district may receive voter approval to increase property tax collections year-over-year at a rate that exceeds 1 percent. Requires the ballot proposition to indicate the proposed levy rate for each of the years for which the increased rate would be approved.
