   On page 4 of the amendment, line five, after "than" strike "thirty-five" and insert "((thirty-five)) twenty"

   On page 4 of the amendment, line 7, after "than" strike "twenty" and insert "((twenty)) fifteen"

   On page 4 of the amendment, line 10, strike "((and))" and insert "and"

   On page 4 of the amendment, line 12, after "than" strike "ten percent through June 30, 2011, at which time the amount shall become five percent" and insert "fifty percent"

   On page 4 of the amendment, line 23, after "lands" strike all material through "habitat" on line 27 of page 4

EFFECT: Changes the allocation formula for the percentage of the appropriation to the Habitat Conservation Account that must be used for certain categories as follows: 20% for acquisition/development of critical habitat instead of 35%; 15% for acquisition/development of natural areas instead of 20%; and 50% for restoration/enhancement projects on state lands instead of 20 or 25%.
