On page 3, line 7, after "program," insert "or is no longer gainfully employed,"

On page 3, line 12, after "program" insert "or continued employment"

EFFECT: Allows a person who is gainfully employed to apply to DOL for an occupational license if his or her driver's license was suspended administratively due to failure to appear or pay a traffic ticket, a violation of insurance laws, or for multiple traffic violations within a specified period of time. If the person ceases to be gainfully employed, DOL will give written notice to the driver that the occupational license will be canceled.
