WHEREAS, The House of Representatives adopted permanent rules for the Fifty-eighth Legislature (2003-2004) under House Resolution No. 2003-4600;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Rule 23 as set forth in House Resolution No. 2003-4600 is amended as follows:
