Prohibits insurers from canceling policies due to claims made for malicious harassment.

Declares that this act applies to policies of property insurance if the insured or proposed insured is an individual, a religious organization, an educational organization, or any other nonprofit organization that is organized and operated for religious, charitable, or educational purposes.
