Provides that a certified electrician who is not licensed as an electrical contractor may perform installation, repair, or maintenance of wires and equipment for a nonprofit corporation, as defined in RCW 24.03.005, provided that these repairs are performed for no compensation. Certified electricians who perform such repairs are subject to department permitting and inspections.
