Requires that, if the road construction, repair, or maintenance presents a special hazard to motorcycles, the location must be posted with signs warning motorcyclists of the hazard. For the purposes of this act, the department shall adopt by rule a uniform sign for this purpose, including at least the following language "MOTORCYCLES USE EXTREME CAUTION."
