   On page 1, line 7 of the amendment, after "knowledge;" strike "and"

   On page 1, line 12 of the amendment, after "dwelling" insert "; and

   (iii) A landlord shall not be required to pay relocation assistance to any displaced tenant in a case in which the condemnation or no occupancy order for the dwelling unit results from conditions arising from a tenant's neglect to comply with tenant duties as stated in 59.18.130 RCW"

EFFECT: Exempts landlords from fulfilling the relocation reimbursement payment requirement in cases in which a dwelling unit is condemned due to conditions caused by tenant's neglect of the dwelling unit.
