   On page 2, line 3, after "necessary." insert "In selecting the firms that will be awarded a contract under this section and determining the scope of the audit, the state auditor must consult with the workers' compensation advisory committee, which for the purposes of this section only shall be augmented with two additional members appointed by the director and representing subject workers."

EFFECT: Requires the State Auditor to consult with the Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee (WCAC) in selecting the contractor firms conducting the reviews and in determining the scope of the audit. For this purpose only, the Director of the Department of Labor and Industries must appoint two additional WCAC members representing workers.
