   On page 1, line 6 of the amendment, after "purchase" strike "all" and insert "up to 500 kilowatts of" 

   On page 1, line 7 of the amendment, after "power" insert "per project"

   On page 1, line 13 of the amendment, strike "all available"

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that state agencies purchase all available anaerobic digester power. Instead, it requires state agencies to purchase up to 500 kilowatts of anaerobic digester power per project.
