   On page 3, line 7, after "be;" strike "and"

   On page 3, line 9, after "professionals" insert "; and

   (f) What the estimated state and local costs will be to initiate and maintain each policy recommendation described in the work group's report and recommendations"

EFFECT: Requires the work group to consider and report to the Legislature regarding what estimated state and local costs will result from its recommendations.
