   On page 4, after line 9, insert "(c) With regard to substitutions made under state-purchased health care programs, all savings and discounts resulting from OBRA 90 rebates, supplemental rebates, or other discounts, shall be passed on directly to the covered individuals and shall not accrue to the state general fund."

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Diverts prescription drug rebates from the state general fund to covered individuals.
