   On page 3, beginning on line 8, after "means" strike all material through "hauling harvested trees" on line 10 and insert "an individual living in Washington state who is engaged in the activity of harvesting Christmas trees, specialized forest products, wood chips, or trees or the activity of hauling Christmas trees, specialized forest products, wood chips, or harvested trees"

EFFECT: Includes in the definition of forest products harvester or hauler individuals harvesting or hauling Christmas trees, specialized forest products, wood chips, or trees (instead of just individuals harvesting trees or hauling harvested trees).
