   On page 2, after line 9 insert:

   "(3) As used in this section, "hybrid technology" means propulsion units powered by both electricity and gasoline."

   On page 2, at the beginning of line 19, insert "(1)"

   On page 2, after line 23 insert:

   "(2) "Hybrid technology" has the same meaning as provided in section 2 of this act."

EFFECT: Defines hybrid technology to mean propulsion units powered by both electricity and gasoline.
