   On page 22, line 38, decrease the Washington Housing Trust Account-State appropriation by $670,000.

   On page 23, line 8, correct the total.

   On page 243, line 21, strike all of section 714

   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the appropriation of $25,000,000 to the Housing Trust Fund Account, and removes the administrative cost in CTED to manage the program.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2007, and reduces the Housing Trust Fund by $670,000 in the 2005-07 biennium.
