   On page 108, after line 16, insert the following:

   "(d) Amounts appropriated in this section may not be used for any purposes relating to public service announcements by statewide elected officials."

EFFECT: Prohibits appropriations in the Department of Veterans' Affairs from being used for public service announcements by statewide elected officials.

FISCAL IMPACT: None.
