On page 2, line 29, after "proposition" insert "if the affirmative vote is equal to fifteen percent or more of the registered voters in the school district."

Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: In order for a school levy to be approved by a simple majority of voters voting in an election, at least 15 percent of the registered voters in the school district must vote yes on the levy.
