On page 5, line 2, strike "and (f)" and insert "(f) evidence of potential royalty income and contractual means to recapture such income for purposes of this chapter; and (g)"

On page 5, line 3, after "collaboration" strike all material down to and including "authority" on line 12.

EFFECT: Adds legislative members to the Life Sciences Discovery Fund Authority, and deletes the requirement that the Authority annually submit a list of grant proposals for legislative review and approval. Also requires that potential royalty income be a factor in evaluating grant proposals.
