   On page 3, line 6, after "(a)", strike "Twenty" and insert "(i) Until June 30, 2008, twenty"

   On page 3, line 8, after "act;" insert "(ii) Starting July 1, 2008, ten percent to the military department to be used for administrative expenses and to fund the assessment required by section 5 of this act;"

   On page 3, line 9, after "(b)" strike "Eighty percent" and insert "The remainder"

EFFECT: The funding allocation split is 20 percent military department/80 percent grant funding until the end of fiscal year 2007. Starting with fiscal year 2008, the split changes to 10 percent military department/90 percent grant funding.
