Background: Any person that is aggrieved by any decision or order of any school official or board has thirty days to appeal that decision to the Superior Court, except for limited circumstances that are specified in law.

Summary of Bill: The time that a person has to appeal a decision or order of a school official or board is expanded from 30 days to one year.
