     WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8414 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 2006 Regular Session of the Fifty-Ninth Legislature;
     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the State of Washington, the Senate concurring, That the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8414 shall not apply to all bills and joint resolutions dealing with marriage.
