   On page 5, line 2, after "including" insert ", except as otherwise provided in this section,"

   On page 5, after line 37, insert the following:

    "(7) A specialized forest products permit is not required by a person harvesting huckleberries from his or her own land if the huckleberries are processed or used on land owned by the person who conducted the harvest."

EFFECT: Removes the requirement to have a specialized forest products permit to harvest huckleberries from one's land, if the huckleberries are used or processed on the same land.
