   On page 3, at the end of line 33, insert "Biodiesel fuel does not include fuel derived from vegetable oil obtained from the fruit of the oil palm tree."

EFFECT: Specifies that biodiesel fuel, for purposes of the B&O tax deduction, does not include biodiesel fuel derived from palm oil.
