   On page 2, at the end of line 5, insert "Biodiesel fuel does not include fuel derived from vegetable oil obtained from the fruit of the oil palm tree."

EFFECT: Specifies that biodiesel fuel, for the purposes of the Motor Fuel Quality Act, does not include biodiesel fuel derived from palm oil.
