   On page 1, after line 30 of the amendment, insert "(4) For the purposes of this section, "dog" means a domestic canine weighing ten pounds or less at adult weight."

EFFECT: Defines dog as a domestic canine weighing ten pounds or less at adult weight so that insurers are prohibited from taking underwriting actions based on the presence of a domestic canine weighing ten pounds or less at adult weight.
