   On page 193, after line 20, insert the following:

   "(11) Notwithstanding the provisions in this section, and in section 202 (11), the board of the Washington state institute for public policy may adjust the due dates for projects included on the institute's 2007-09 work plan as necessary to efficiently manage workload."

EFFECT: Allows the Board of the Washington State Institute for Public Policy, which is located within the Evergreen State College, to schedule the timing of studies in the 2007-09 work plan.

FISCAL IMPACT: None.
