   On page 3, line 1, strike "nonprofit organization described under 501(c)(6) of the federal internal revenue code of 1986, as amended" and insert "business organization, destination marketing organization, main street organization, lodging association, or chamber of commerce"

EFFECT: Removes reference to 501(c)(6) organizations and substitutes a broader category of business organizations, destination marketing organizations, main street organizations, lodging associations, and chambers of commerce.
