   On page 4, beginning on line 5, after "(9)" strike all material through "commission." on line 7 and insert "Pipeline maps, pipeline geographic data, and other data developed or gathered by the utilities and transportation commission under RCW 81.88.080."   

EFFECT: Clarifies that only pipeline maps, geographic data, or other data gathered or developed by the Utilities and Transportation Commission pursuant to its statewide geographic information system is exempt from public disclosure.
