   On page 2, line 26 of the amendment, after "51.52.060" strike "with a preliminary list of witnesses" and insert "and confirmation of witnesses with the board of industrial insurance appeals"

EFFECT: Provides that the worker and the representative of the worker must not contact certain medical witnesses without written authorization from the Department or self-insurer after confirmation of witnesses with the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (instead of when notice of appeal is filed with a preliminary list of witnesses).
