   On page 3, line 24 of the amendment, after "worker" strike "may" and insert "((may)) shall"

EFFECT: Modifies current law so that if a worker refuses to submit to, or otherwise obstructs, a medical examination, medical treatment, or evaluation for the purposes of vocational rehabilitation, the Department or self-insurer must (instead of may) suspend further action on the claim.
