EFFECT: Clarifies that, with respect to the qualifications of independent medical examiners and the criteria for removing examiners from the list of approved examiners, consideration of disciplinary action involving sexual misconduct or ethical offenses must be disciplinary action that resulted in a finding of sexual misconduct or ethical offenses.
