   On page 5, line 13, after "have" strike "two witnesses" and insert "a witness who is at least eighteen years of age"

   On page 5, line 27, after "have" strike "two witnesses" and insert "a witness who is at least eighteen years of age"

   On page 6, line 33, after "of" strike "two witnesses who are registered voters and who" and insert "a witness who is at least eighteen years of age and who can"

EFFECT: Changes the number of witnesses needed to verify a person's mark on a ballot envelope and to verify a mismatched signature on a ballot envelope from two to one and specifies that the witness be at least 18 years of age.
